There is no greater investment than investing in Canada’s next generation. This is why it is my hope that Budget 2022 will include the permanent elimination of interest on Canada Student Loans and Canada Apprentice Loans, as I had recently called for in the House of Commons.
This investment would save the average borrower $3,000 over the lifetime of a loan. Some may recall this was an election promise.
